General policy
Deposits may be required to reserve drivers, guides or cruise bookings. Flight changes should be sent as early as possible by WhatsApp. No-show or late cancellation fees may apply when drivers/guides are already reserved. Weather, attraction closures or traffic may require route adjustment.
